Kris
Alan Richards and his Insight team will work with key personnel
to design, implement and successfully complete the appropriate
telecommunications solution for their business.
Kris,
Insight’s founder, has over 27 years experience in the telecommunications
industry. His depth of experience is attributed to his background
as a sales associate in the telecom industry, Vice President of
Sales and Marketing of a telecom company, and business owner in
an international manufacturing and distribution company.
With
the rapid growth and increased sophistication of the telecommunications
industry, Kris saw an opportunity to create Insight Technology
Solutions. His goal is to provide his clients with the expertise
to maximize their telecommunication services while decreasing
their overall costs. Companies can take control of the their telephone
and data costs by utilizing Kris’ insight and experience.
The
client will also benefit from his expertise in integrated voice
and data networks, RFP development, cost savings and long-term
management of their telecommunication services.
Linda
DiBello - Director of Client Services
Linda
DiBello, Insight Technology Solution’s Manager of Client
Services, works with our clients to manage their telecommunication
services. Linda’s 25 years of experience offers the Insight
clients vast experience in the telecom industry. Linda began
her career in the telecommunications industry as a customer
service agent and expanded her skills as a Sales Support Manager
for Small Business and Local Government at SBC Pacific Bell.
She
has in depth knowledge of voice and data network services, both
in sales and implementation. Linda also offers our Insight clients
many years of experience in billing reconciliation. She applies
her high level of attention to detail when performing telecom
audits for our clients.
Linda’s

Bill
Ozuna - Major Accounts Manager

Bill
comes to Insight Technology Solutions with an entrepreneurial
background. He has owned his own business for over 10 years and
combines his experience in account audit/reconciliation with telecommunications
to offer his Clients comprehensive telecom management expertise.
His vast experience in day-to-day operations, offers Insight Clients
clear vision in implementing the most efficient line services
necessary for their specific operation.
Bill’s
is very detail oriented and prides himself in customer service
and dependability. He is very committed to his Clients’
telecom needs.
John
Gasswint - Manager of Client Services
John
recently joined Insight after attending training and computer
skill classes at Career Choices in Reno NV. He is new to the Telecommunications
industry. He has shown an ability to learn quickly pay close attention
to the details of Telecom Audits. John will be our primary person
assigned to handling client long distance conversions and telecom
audits along with managing select client accounts.
Joe
Collins
- Senior Accounts Manager

Joe
Collins is a Senior Account Manager. Joe is a Native Nevadan has
worked in the transportation industry for the past 24 years. A
Graduate of McQueen High School and attended UNR. Joe brings a
wealth of Sales and Marketing experience to Insight he demonstrated
a consistent history of professionally representing his clients.
He will make an excellent addition to our team at Insight.
Dianne Gee, Manager
– Client Services
With
a combined 36 years of service at Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell,
Dianne Gee truly knows the ins and outs of the telecom industry.
Specializing in areas of Data Circuits, PRI, PBX and AT&T
Long Distance, clients will find her knowledge base in these areas
unparalleled. As a Service Representative at AT&T Nevada Bell,
Dianne’s major clients included International Game Technology
and the State of Nevada. Her positive attitude and strong commitment
to customer service makes Dianne an ideal choice as an advocate
for our clients.
